Dear Coordinators,

The Hershey State meet is fast approaching and there are several things you to need to know;

Directions to Cabell Midland High School

Directions from Charleston: Take I-64 west until you reach the Milton exit (28).  Turn left at the end of the ramp.  Go approximately 1/4 mile until you reach the stop light next to Wendy's.  Turn right onto US Rt. 60.  Continue on Rt. 60 for 4.7 miles until you reach the high school that is located on the right side of Route 60..

Directions from Huntington: Take I-64 East until you reach the Mall Road exit (20).  Turn left at the light at the end of the ramp.  Then turn left at the next stoplight at the intersection of Mall Road and US Rt. 60.  Continue on US Rt. 60 for 3.1 miles until you reach the high school that is located on the left side of Route 60.

Also, the meet is this Saturday (June 21). the gates open at 4:00pm for registration and passing out athletes t-shirts. Remind your athletes that they must wear and compete in the Hershey t-shirt they are given at the meet (t-shirt are FREE).

Opening ceremonies begin at 5:00pm

Field events - 5:15pm

Running events - (after completion of field events, which take about an hour, so running events around 6:15pm).

All athletes will receive their ribbons on a custom awards stand that will be directly in front of the home stands (great for pictures).
