Just a reminder, we will be hosting a Throws Clinic on Saturday, March 1st. The instructor will be Greg Henger from Ritchie County. Coach Henger will be assisted by Preston High Throws Coach, Jeff Zigray.

Coach Henger has developed a strong throws program at Ritchie County High School with numerous athletes earning all-state honors. The clinic will be held in the Preston High School Gymnasium in Kingwood, WV.

9:00 - 12:00 Discus Technique
12:00 - 12:30 Lunch (on your own)
12:30 - 3:00 Shot Put Technique

The cost of the clinic will be $10.00 for athletes and free for middle and high school coaches. The throws clinic will be open to the first twenty-five applicants.
