Cross Country Championships

 

Host:  Elkins High School

 

Where:  Davis & Elkins College

 

Date:  October 22, 2009

 

Time:  Girls Varsity Race – 1:30pm

            Boys Varsity Race –  2:15pm

 

Coaches Meeting:  1:00pm at Gates Tower

 

Additional Information: 

1.      All coaches must submit their regional entry forms found in your  WVSSAC coaches packet to the meet director (Ted Williams) and to the WVSSAC.

2.      Please remind your athletes that NO ATHLETE, PARENT, or SPECTATOR may be in the upper trails during competition!!!!

3.      No athletes are to be in Gates Tower.

4.      There will be complimentary drinks and snacks for all coaches located in Gates Tower.

5.      Medals will be given to the TOP 10 Finishers in the boys and girls race.

6.      Please make sure to bring a COMPLETE TEAM so that our region can advance the maximum number of teams.

 

Concession Stand:  There will be a concession stand at the FRONT of Gates Tower the day of the meet.

 

T-SHIRTS:  Regional t-shirts will be on sale the day of the meet in LIMITED numbers.  Short sleeve will be $10 and long sleeve $15.

 

Entry Forms:  Due by Monday, October 19th by 2:30pm.
