Throws Clinic at Preston

Preston High will be hosting a Throws Clinic on Saturday, March 20th. The instructor will be Greg Henger from Ritchie County. Coach Henger has developed a strong throws program at Ritchie County High School with numerous athletes earning all-state honors. The clinic will be held in the Preston High School Gymnasium in Kingwood, WV.

9:00 - 12:00 Discus Technique
12:00 - 12:30 Lunch (on your own)
12:30 - 3:00 Shot Put Technique
