WV Region II A-AA Regional Championships

ENTRY DEADLINE: MONDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2009

Time: 2:00 1st race

Place: Warm Springs Middle School  Rt. 9 Berkeley Springs,WV

Directions: Turn onto Rt.9 East at the Sheetz  from Rt 522.  Travel approximately 1..5 miles, turn left onto Fairfax Street, Almost immediately, you will turn onto the Warm Springs Way campus. Follow signs.

Spectator Parking:  Practice field near course start-finish. Please follow the signs.

BUS PARKING  will be reserved near the Start line.

Schedule:  

10:00  Course open for touring

12:15 Coaches' Meeting

1:00  High School Girls

1:40  High School Boys

Awards approximately 20 minutes after the conclusion of the Boys' race.

Awards: Top team, Top 10 individuals.

Admission: $6 adults  $5 Students as required by the WVSSAC

Changing facilities and restrooms will be available at the back (water tower side) of Warm Springs Middle School.

T-shirts will be made on site.

Limited concessions will be available.
