Each Clinician is a certified Pole Vault Instructor through the National Pole Vault Safety Board

Specialization in conditioning and mental imagery.

The 2008 Clinic is designed for high jumpers and vaulters who have the desire and commitment to excel by taking advantage of speed and strength conditioning and “pit time” prior to the 2010-11 Indoor track Season. This clinic is by invitation only.
Dates: Sundays-September 19/October 24/November 7-14-28 2 sessions
Vault High Jump
Girls-9:00-10:30 (limit 14) (limit 8)
Boys-10:30-12:00 (limit 14) (limit 8)
Athletes may enter the HCC ARCC by the rear entrance ½ hour before their session.
Each group will be split into teams of 7 athletes (vault)-4 athletes (high Jump)

for maximum individual attention.
There will be 45 minutes of strength and speed conditioning and video analysis. There will be 45 minutes of “pit time” and skill development.
Athletes will gain valuable insight into mental rehearsal and psychological conditioning for successful jumping and vaulting.
