                        255 East Padonia Road

                        Timonium, MD 21093

                        (Site of the Baltimore County Championships)

(Site of the 4A North Regional)

 

Team Entry:

1.  Each school may enter one varsity boy’s team (7 runners) and one varsity girls team (7 runners).  Each school may also enter one JV boys’ team (10 runners) and one JV girls’ team (10 runners).  JV runners in this race must be 9th or 10th graders.

 

            2.  Schools may enter unlimited runners in the open boy’s race and the open girl’s race.

 

3.      Please complete the attached form listing the names of the runners you will enter in the Varsity races.  This form must be received by September 5th, 2008.  You may fax the form to (410)666-8915.  The last day for substitutions will be Wednesday September 10th, 2008.

Entry Fee:

 

            The cost for the race is $70.00 per girls’ team (Varsity and open race) or $70.00 per boys’ team (Varsity and Open race) or $125.00 for all races.  Make your check payable to Dulaney High School, and send check with the form below to Dulaney High School, c/o Chad Boyle, Cross Country Coach, 255 E. Padonia Road, Timonium, MD 21093 by Friday, September 5th, 2008.  The entry fee must be received by September 5th in order to participate in the invitational.

 

            Teams entering incomplete teams will be charged $12.00 / athlete entered.

Entry Fee Discount (Use of Hy-Tek Meet Manager):

Complete teams sending both male and female team entries through Hy-tek Team Manager will receive a $25 discount off the $125 entry fee.  Teams sending only male or female teams through

Hy-tek Team  Manager will receive a $10 discount.

Please provide the First and Last name of each runner you plan to enter in the Varsity and JV races only.  Also, please remember to print legibly.  You may list up to two alternates.  This form must be received by Friday, September 5th, 2008 at Dulaney High School, 255 Padonia Road, Timonium, MD 21093. You may also fax this form to Dulaney at (410)666-8915.  Please remember to use a cover sheet, and address the fax to Chad Boyle, Cross Country Coach.  Substitutions or amendments may be made to this list before Wednesday, September 10h, 2008 by 5:00 p.m.

 

Note:  You may also E-mail your Varsity and JV entries (Top 7 runners only) to ChadBoyle@msn.com provided that they are received by September 5th, 2008.  This is a valid method of entering athletes in the Varsity races, and a good way to eliminate spelling errors with illegible fax transmissions.  You may also E-mail entries using Hy-tek Team  Manager (See details above).  This is the preferred method, thus the entry fee discounts.
