Dear Coaches:
As get your 2009 Cross Country season off and running, we
sincerely hope you will have the opportunity to join us on Friday, September 11, 2009, for The Howard County Invitational at
We will run two varsity
races, one girl and one boy. Place your top 7 runners in these races. All other
runners can participate in either the B or C races. We will score the top 7
runners per team in the B races for team score. All runners will get times.
There will be both team and individual awards. All results will be posted on www.hocorunning.com.
Course and the race schedule will follows:
2:30 Course Walk and Coaches meeting
3:30 PM: Boys A
4:00 PM: Girls A
4:30 PM: Boys B
5:00 PM: Girls B
5:30 PM: Boys C
6:15 PM: Girls C
6:45 PM: Awards
Coaches can submit rosters via the attached spreadsheet.
Coaches need to e-mail completed spreadsheets to both Jim Disciullo
(disciulloj@verizon.net) and me Norman Belden (coachbelden@gmail.com ). If using the website (www.RaceTrakOnline.com.), a password is required to enter your teams, so it is
imperative that you email both Jim DiSciullo (disciulloj@verizon.net) and me, Norman Belden (coachbelden@gmail.com ) to gain access to the website and receive a
password.
Complete your roster form online
no later than Saturday, September 5, 2009
You do not need to declare
your varsity athletes as long as they are registered online before the
deadline.
Once again there will be Invitational T-Shirts on sale.
No late entries will be scored.
