***Athletes are permitted to go home from away meets with PARENTS ONLY!  NO EXCEPTIONS.  
Please do not ask us to make concessions involving this rule. 
When leaving with a parent, the coach must see the parent face to face.***

***Your athlete is a precious investment to us.  
Please ensure that he is properly dressed for the conditions. 
 We run in cold, windy, wet, hot and humid conditions. 
 It is important that you know the expected weather.***		

***Track meets last a long time.  There are concessions at most meets but not all.  
The food available isn’t always what your athlete needs to be eating. 
 So pack a couple sandwiches and/or fruit to keep him sustained as he will be expending a lot of energy.***
